AREA 14 ANNUAL QUIZ
With Supper and Raffle

From Ipswich: A14, then A140 towards Norwich, go past Mendlesham Mast (r/h/s) then turn left to Mendlesham. At the T-junction turn left, follow into village, around a right hand bend, then turn left opposite the Church (Front Street). Follow road round to the left; Mendlesham Community Centre is on the Right.
From Bury: (Cross country route!!!) A14 Stowmarket; take Stowupland junction A1120 to Stowupland, at sharp r/h bend go straight on into Saxham Street. Follow signs to Mendlesham; Galloway’s Coaches is on the r/h/s, & the centre is on the left after entering the village (before The Fleece PH).
Entry fee for Teams of 4: £10 Teams’ Supper per head : £5
Spectators’ entry per head: £2 Spectators’ Supper per head: £5
NB Licensing law/community centre rules - Drinks are not allowed to be brought in.
There will be a bar available.
Entries Close: Wednesday 14th October 2009
SUPPER MUST BE PRE BOOKED - NO EXTRA SUPPERS AVAILABLE ON THE NIGHT.
To be served at approximately 8:00 pm whilst doing the 5th round (pictures).
Supper Choices: Hot jacket potato with Chilli, salad, coleslaw and bread.
Vegetarian Option: Hot jacket potato with cheese and baked beans,
Or with Vegetable Chilli, salad, coleslaw and bread.
IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO PARTICIPATE IN OR SUPPORT OUR TEAMS AT THIS YEAR’S QUIZ, PLEASE CONTACT CATHERINE (01255 870110) OR CLARE (01206 322985) BY FRIDAY 9TH OCTOBER SO WE HAVE TIME TO SUBMIT ENTRIES.
COLNE VALLEY RC WILL PAY TEAM ENTRY FEES ~ TEAM MEMBERS TO PAY FOR SUPPER IF REQUIRED ~ SPECTATORS TO PAY FOR THEIR ENTRY & SUPPER.
