The St. Edmunds Riding Club would like to thank Mr T Walrond for the use of his lovely park, and all the Judges, Stewards and Helpers without whose help and support this Show could not be run. 

 

PLEASE TAKE EXTREME CARE WHEN ENTERING THE SHOWGROUND - THERE IS A NARROW ENTRANCE AND BRICK PILLARS !!

PLEASE TAKE ALL LITTER HOME WITH YOU & DO NOT MUCK OUT BOXES ON THE SHOWGROUND 

 

All competitors must bring their own number holders, number infills will be supplied.

Entry fees:

Classes 1, 2, 3 & 4 - £80 per team – entry on official Riding Club entry form 

Classes 1a, 2a, 3a, 4a - £80 per team 

Classes 1b, 2b, 3b, 4b - £7 per individual – entry on official Riding Club entry form 

Classes 1c, 2c, 3c & 4c - £20 per individual if not in a team, £2 if in team.  

Entries to these classes may have to be restricted according to entries and will be on a ‘1st come, 1st served’ basis 

Classes 5 & 6 - £40 per pair 

 

RULES AS PER RIDING CLUB RULE BOOK 

All riders competing in qualifiers will be asked to produce their vaccination certificates (NOT photocopies) for inspection.  Failure to 

do so will result in disqualification.  There will be no exceptions made.

 

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

HORSES & PONIES must be 4 years & over unless classes specify 

HEALTH & SAFETY The Organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the Health & Safety of everyone present.  For these measures to be effective everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and obey the instructions of the Organiser and all Officials and Stewards. 

LIABILITY The Owners/Organisers will not accept any responsibility for any accident injury illness or loss of property howsoever caused.

HARD HATS to BSI standard PAS 015 –En 1384 or ASTM F1163 must be worn at all times whilst mounted with chin strap or harness in place.  

CORRECT FOOTWEAR must be worn when mounted. 

DOGS must be kept on leads at all times. 

CHILDREN & PUSHCHAIRS must be kept away from practice areas and collecting rings. 

VACCINATION CERTIFICATES It is expected that all equines brought onto the showground have current vaccination certificates for equine influenza. 

REFUNDS for entry fees only refunded on production of a valid vet or doctor’s certificate. 

OBJECTIONS must be made in writing within 15 minutes of the end of the class with a £10.00 deposit, which will be forfeit if the objection is over-ruled. 

RESERVATION The organisers reserve the right to cancel any class if deemed necessary and to refuse an entry without having to state the reason.
