Area HUNTER TRIALS 2007
This year’s Area Hunter Trial takes place on 7th October 2007 at Geldeston Hall near Beccles, Norfolk. Would you like to take part either as part of the novice team or as an individual in the novice or open classes?
The novice hunter trial is a course of cross-country jumps set at a height of between 2f6-2f9. I am hoping to get together a team of 4 for the novice class. The only restriction is horses must not have BE points or have been placed at pre-novice level or above.
The open class is 3f3-3f6 and horse can have BE points. If you wish to compete as an individual at this level please contact me as we would love to help support you even if we can’t get a whole team together.
If you are interested in competing in either section as a Colne Valley member then please contact me as soon as possible.
We will be unable to have a practice session at Geldeston before the event but there is a Jonathan Allinson XC clinic on 22nd Sept to brush up your skills (see enclosed flyer)! There is also an eventer trial to be held at Geldeston Hall on 16th Sept which would provide a useful practice and give a sneak preview of the course! See horse dates website for schedule.
